Benihana's!

We had a wonderful lunch today! We thought that it would be cool to take the boys to Benihana's (hibachi restaurant). They loved watching the chef cook the food right on the table and do all kinds of tricks like fling a shrimp tail into his hat - Cam kept saying 'Hat, hat'...I think he was wondering where exactly the shrimp went and when it was coming back out. We had a nice crowd: Me, Chan, Dylan, Cameron, Mimi, Sasha, Aaron, Bryson, George, Toni and Tina. The chef took an onion, pulled it apart and started to re-stack it into a volcano. Cameron got all excited and said "SNOWMAN!" He thought the chef was building a snowman. So of course it was a big joke that it was a snowman....even after the chef lit it on fire and it was shooting out flames! I didn't sit by Dylan, so I didn't get to hear what kind of remarks and stuff he had, but he seemed amazed the whole time. At first I wasn't sure if the boys would actually eat anything there. But to my surprise, they both ate it up! Cameron had soup, some chicken, broccoli and an entire bowl of rice. We put some rice, chicken and broccoli on Dylan's plate and he kept insisting on having ketchup. I told him I'd ask the waitress, but she never came back. By the time she came back Dylan had already eaten almost everything on his plate. He kepts saying "YUMMY CHICKEN!" I think the boys have expensive taste. It was a really nice afternoon.

In the last post I mentioned about the first night the boys shared the bunk bed. Well....Cameron made it til around 2am before he started crying and calling for me. I ended up taking him to his crib and he went back to sleep. At least he tried it out. It'll take some time to get used to.

Logan keeps requesting that we to the restaurant that "sets a fire on the table". He's never been, but we'd talked about taking them. He's excited!
