For the last few weeks Cameron has been wanting to be a ghost. I attempted to make a ghost costume, but worried that the eye holes wouldn't stay lined up with this eyes and that after a few minutes of walking he would want to take it off.... about 20 minutes before we left I found his train engineer costume from last year and he was thrilled to put it on. Yes, he's been a train engineer 3 out of his 4 Halloweens, but as long as he's happy, then it's fine with me! :) Of course his first Halloween he was only about 2 weeks old and wore an itty bitty little pair of engineer overalls and an itty bitty little engineer cap.
When I asked Dylan what he wanted to be for Halloween he said "A fire engine.".... NOT a fireman, but a fire engine. My first thought was 'Where the heck am I going to get a fire engine costume??'.... then I knew just the place, EBAY! There is nothing that's not on ebay. And sure enough, I found two fire truck costumes. They both looked practically the same to me, but then Dylan pointed out that the one had a face on the front and he wanted the one without the face. The fire engine uses a little battery-powered fan to continually blow it up as he's wearing it. And as Dylan says "It's kinda like wearing a bounce house." Most of you may have already seen the fire engine when Dylan wasn't getting enough attention at Cameron's bday party and couldn't resist putting it on and showing off. :) To add to his costume, he also wore his fireman costume from last year.
Since it's Gabriel's first Halloween I can't resist putting a few extra pics of him on the blog. I'll eventually post all the photos on the Kodak Gallery.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
