Butter

Yesterday I took the boys to the library and they made butter! Yep, they churned their own butter. The Dairy Princess was there and she gave the kids baby food jars with heavy whipping cream in them and let the kids shake them during her talk about dairy. When she was done talking, the kids had butter! Then the kids got to eat the butter on crackers. Now the boys are always going on to insist on fresh homemade butter.
