Speaking of thoughtfulness....

Chan reminded me of another 'thoughtful' moment that Dylan had. On Christmas Day Dylan opened up a gift and it was a book that he already had. Our first thought was that he was going to simply say "I have this already", but the conversation didn't end there. He then added "...maybe I could give it to someone who doesn't have one." Chan and I were both impressed. We thought he'd just want to keep it or return it or toss it aside or who knows what, but his very first thought was to give it to someone. Ironically, when Cameron opened his gift, it too was a book we already had. And of course Dylan wanted to give that one to someone too. :)
