We couldn't help but crack up at Cameron the other night. Chan was giving the boys a bath and after having been in for so long, the water was getting sorta chilly. Next thing ya know, Cameron says "Look! My pee-pee is getting smaller and smaller and smaller! When will it get big again!?" lol. I guess that's what Seinfeld calls 'Shrinkage'. Then he got out of the tub to come show me "Look how small my pee-pee is! It got SO small!" Of course I busted up laughing - which then made him break into his 'naked boy' dance.
I knew that it would eventually happen. It happens to all kids/parents eventually. The moment when your children repeat something that you don't want them to. The other day I dropped something and said "OH CRAP!"......... so, of course, Cameron had to chime in with "Oh Crap!" Following behind him was Dylan stating "Oh Crap!" I tried to think quickly about how I should approach this. Do I ignore it and hope they forget it 2 minutes later or do I casually mention that mommy shouldn't have said that and I don't want them to say it either. Well, I should have probably gone with option #1. After telling them not to say it, they started chanting "Oh Crap! Oh Crap!" in unison. I finally got firm and said "I do not want to hear that again." Leave it to Cameron to continue with "Oh Crap!" Dylan knew that it was wrong for Cameron to say it again, but couldn't resist his chance at being as sarcastic as his daddy. That's when he looked at Cameron and said "Cameron, mommy said not to say Oh Crap anymore!" He just had to slip it in there one last time! haha.

As for Gabriel, well, there hasn't been any potty language coming from him....yet. He has two big brothers who I'm sure will be happy to teach him everything they know. Gabriel has been doing some of those "accidental" smiles. They are SOOOOOOOO CUTE!!!!! Dylan and Cameron will love when the time comes that they can make Gabriel smile and giggle. We think Gabriel is going to be a thumb sucker. He'll be our first thumb sucker. To calm himself, Dylan would stick his finger in his belly button and for Cameron he prefers nuk-nuk's (pacifiers) - but Gabriel seems to enjoy his thumb.
