Tonight Cameron was looking through a book that I bought them awhile back when I was pregnant with Gabriel - a book called 'How You Were Born'. I thought it was an odd choice of book, but didn't think too much of it. It wasn't until we were laying in bed trying to sleep when he said "I have a baby in my belly." I said "No you don't. Only grown-up girls can have babies." He was completely serious and said "I have a baby in my belly. Look how fat my belly is. A baby will come out." I had to keep explaining to him that he doesn't have a baby in his belly. He kept insisting that his belly was fat because of a baby. He wasn't being all goofy and silly, he was being mellow and serious about it. I think he truly believed that there was a baby. He was laying in the dark talking quietly to himself about the baby. I guess he was looking through the book to see what pregnancy will be like!
Good news! Cameron is back on track with the potty. He was obsessed with it today. At home I keep him diaperless and he kept sitting on it all throughout the day. While we were out today he kept saying "I want to go home and use the potty." Tonight he 'filled it up'!! He has gone from chocolate chip to mega mountain! Go Cam!! :)
