What an incredibly busy week!! Monday we went over to moms house to play on the trampoline and my friend Jen stopped by with her daughter, Sara, who is Cam's age and her son, Luke, who is Gabriel's age. Then on Tuesday Dylan's friend Connor came over for about 6 hours. The boys ran around playing outside and on the waterslide all day. We even had a nice picnic outside. I really like Connor, he reminds me a lot of Dylan. Then Tues night we went to the Neighborhood Fun Night at our church where Gabriel got to ride his first pony. Just the other night he said "I want to ride a real horse" and then on Tuesday we were lucky enough to be somewhere that was offering free pony rides! He loved it!! Then on Wednesday the boys went to a day camp at their friend, Linneas, church. It was called Summer in the Sonshine and they were there from 9am-2pm and then at 6:30 pm we had some friends over for the evening. Their son, Ryan, was in Dylan's class last year and in his cub scout den and their daughter, Sharon, was in Cam's class last year and the dad and Chan were the cub scout den leaders, so we all know each other very well. The kids played outside for awhile and then we ordered pizza and all watched Wipe Out and had ice cream. Then today Mimi took the boys out for the day with Mam and brought home a bunch of crafts that she got the boys at Michael's. We did most of the crafts when they got home and then I had to head off to a St. Andrews Way block party meeting - I'm in charge of designing and distributing flyers. I am SOOOOO tired! Tomorrow we're going to another friends house to play. The one boy, Blake, was in Dylan's class last year and his little brother, Reid, was on Cam's tball team, so all the boys know each other really well too. Then Sat we head to Knobels and Sunday is Savannah's bday party. I think we're going to try to cut back on the activities next week - this week has been crazy!! Just this week the boys played with Caleb, Connor, Sara, Luke, Linnea, Ryan, Sharon, Blake & Reid -- we had more playdates this week than the rest of the summer combined!

Dylan spraying Connor. I love seeing Dylan play at home with his friends... he's loud and outgoing and just like every other 8 year old by. Too bad he's silent at school. :(
